The hotel rooms were incredible and perfect for my best friend's birthday celebration, though it was a bit warm and stuffy throughout the day. The service was extremely friendly and helpful, especially at the rooftop bar, adding to our overall stay. The location offered excellent spa services, but the dining lacked variety and taste despite being delicious. It was located in the futuristic Vattanac Tower, towering over Phnom Penh.
The hotel offers incredible rooms with breathtaking views of the city, but service was inconsistent due to inadequately trained staff. The location is convenient for exploring Phnom Penh, with excellent spa facilities, although dining options are limited in taste variety. Overall, a comfortable stay with minor areas of improvement.
